Media Café

Alhambra Café creative team to present at the International Society of the Performing Arts (ISPA) Foundation conference.

ISPA is a not-for-profit international organization (founded 1949) of over 600 executives and directors of concert and performance halls, festivals, performing companies, and artist competitions; government cultural officials; artists' managers; and other interested parties with a professional involvement in the performing arts from more than 50 countries in every region of the world, and in every arts discipline.

The purpose of ISPA is to develop, nurture, energize and educate an international network of arts leaders and professionals who are dedicated to advancing the field of the performing arts. Each year the organization holds congresses to promote international communication among artists, to strengthen arts leadership, and to provide opportunities for artists to share emerging works with worldwide presenters.

The A Night at the Alhambra Café team has been chosen to present information on the production at the new works pitch session in New York University’s Skirball Center during the January 2008 New York City congress. This “by invitation only” opportunity is an exciting platform for the team to share the evolution of the piece with a globally-minded arts audience.
